Product Availability & Pricing
All products available on MatrixReformed.com are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline any order without prior notice. If there is a pricing or listing error, we may correct it and adjust your order accordingly or cancel the order and issue a refund. Product prices may change at any time.
Taxes & Payment Processing
Taxes applicable to your purchase are your responsibility. We will collect tax when required, but the final amount may differ due to varying tax rates or processor calculations.
We accept payments via Square, our trusted third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method. If a payment issue arises, we will continue attempts until successful. Square may receive updated payment card details from your provider, and by using our service, you authorize these updates. If you wish to opt out of this feature, contact your card provider. We are not responsible for any additional bank or issuer fees.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges displayed at checkout apply to your order. We reserve the right to adjust these charges, with prior notice before purchase. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only. Once we hand over your order to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- New Orders: Cancellations are only allowed before your prescription is reviewed and approved by a provider.
- Subscription Cancellations: Must be submitted at least 14 days before your next billing cycle to ensure your account is closed before the next charge.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, refunds are not available.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for shipped orders. If an issue arises with your order, please contact us, and we will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
