Your provider will evaluate your symptoms, health history, lab results, and treatment goals.

5. Treatment is approved only if clinically appropriate
Medication is only ordered after you have been evaluated and approved by a provider.

After your consultation, your provider may determine that a different plan, medication, dosage, or treatment approach is more appropriate based on your lab work, health history, symptoms, and goals.

If your provider recommends a different plan that changes your subscription pricing, our team will review any applicable pricing adjustment with you.

If you are not a candidate for treatment after provider review, your subscription will be canceled, and no further subscription charges will be applied.
